Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had a very unassuming exterior but the deluxe suite rooms were disappointing, as they had no hot water in the shower and smelled of smoke. The location is sort of close to downtown, but a little far from nightlife and lacks extra amenities. The dining experience was underwhelming with limited breakfast options. However, the hotel is next door to a Black Bear Diner offering a great breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and comfortable with plenty of lighting, felt a bit cramped for our family. On the bright side, the service was accommodating despite a minor mishap with my girlfriend's work shoes. The location, although a little noisy due to its position on a busy street, offered good value for the money. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in the breakfast options. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
